Will look very similar to the Bond condo mere blocks away.

Best of all, it's right next door to Hooters, overlooking Hooters rooftop patio!

Apart from the balconies looks quite nice and brings some much needed density to the area.

I hope you are right. We need to cover up the slab beasties from the 1960's and 70's.

Wow! these guys are moving fast. Didn't even realize this project was fully in sales. I thought they had a conceptual rendering, not the full game plan to go into sales, and actually had sold enough units to get this one moving.

At least not at this rate of speed.

Site prep is pretty much complete, looks like excavation could start shortly on this one.

I went to make a more detailed massing for my 3d renders of this.. then realized that I couldn't, and this is the literal embodiment of a box.

A box, but at least a decent sized for density filler box.

meh, filler and nothing more. The nearby Bond looks like it will be by far the more interesting of the two.

Not 100%, but this looks like the handy work of aA.

Not exactly a cheap outfit.

It looks like hybrid spandrel glass to me. Basically a non curved version of ice. Quite a step up from the likes of Cinema and festival (the tower portion)

The crown looks pretty sharp too and I like how the podium relates to the historic building across the street. Judging from the renders aA has definetly upped their game.

No idea what this is. I don't sneeze at anything under 500 ft.
