^ 2 cloverleafs have buildings with access only onto the them. It caught my attention as well and not to mention the highway has no barriers warning traffic that the highway ends shortly. Would make for some rather dramatic crashes.

How come Hanoi is getting a lot of new buildings and not Ho chi minh city?

nice question!actually,both 2 are getting a lot of new buildings(photos don't describe all)
but hanoi is getting a lot of new infrastructure projects than ho chi minh city

Is there any new high-rise buildings construction in Dist 1 ? (other than Vietcombank Tower, Ben Thanh Twin, Saigon Centre Phase 2 )
