No other city? How do you figure? Halifax usually holds the title of most bars/clubs packed into few blocks of its downtown. Why do Torontonians assume that other cities don't have things that Toronto has?

Halifax is a college/military town. It shouldn't be a surprise that it will have a higher concentration of clubs/bars. Half of downtown Halifax is basically one bar/club after another. On peninsula Halifax (120,000 people) you have 25,000+ university students and at least another 10,000 military personnel.

Whistler actually holds the title for most bars and restaurants packed into a small area.
