Wow, great set of photos. You're right, its been too long. Wish we had more underground utilities. Love the pics from the Heritage Ctr. Westbound traffic on First St looks terrible.

The skyscraper close ups are terrific. Clearly you love your tall towers. You kind of make love to them with your camera.

Thanks guys. This was the first photo thread I've done since May of 2010 I believe. The reason for the long gap since my last one was last year I found out my dog had cancer. It was actually a year ago this month that we discovered her tumor. She had a melanoma tumor growing in her mouth. I was taking a nap on the couch one afternoon with her at my side. When I woke up I noticed blood on my arm where she'd been laying. I checked her out and it was coming from her mouth. I thought maybe she'd bit her tongue or something. But she had a tumor growing around one of her teeth along the gum line. Two weeks later she had surgery to get it removed. By October it was bigger and it was starting to affect her health in November when the cancer spread to her lungs. She passed away 3 days before Christmas last year. She was very attached to me. I've never seen a dog that devoted to anyone before. She followed me everywhere I went and would fall asleep with her eyes on me. So I left her alone as little as possible and did my best to keep her comfortable. I even cooked her food and blended it to make it easier for her to eat it. I really miss her.

And of course the heat and drought last year didn't help with making me want to get out for photos. And then in September our computer crashed.

Sorry about your dog, Kevin. Losing a much loved pet can be rough. Sounds like you did your best to make her last days safe and secure. Good for you.

Amazing Kevin! Especially the Bluebonnets + skyline. I love those two. Lady Bird would be proud. =)

Or you could use a different photo service.

I use Flickr. They have a thing I downloaded and can just drag the photo files I want to put on Flickr onto the little ap I downloaded and then there are some simple instructions on naming them and putting tags and stuff. But you don't even have to name or tag them. You can just drag them to the Flikr ap and upload them.

Your pictures are way to awesome to not be seen! =)
