alot of substance (quanity) but seems not a whole bunch of quality.... i mean that whole area looks so sterile and dead even with all the highrises its sad and the weather doesnt help either.

You definetly have a point. But the skybridge is a unique feature, and a serious eye catching feature at that!

The skybridge can't save those two towers. They look depressing.

As much as I hate City Place, the units in Parade were very good indeed. I went a few years back to check out the showroom. The floor plans were interesting and the finishes a step up from the usual condo stuff.

The bridge adds interest and the pedestrian bridge across the train tracks was much needed. I wish we got one as nice as the one Calgary built though.

It's quite a drive along the Gardiner being in-between a wall of condos. It has changed substantially in the past 4 years since I've been here, and I would say it's for the better for sure.
