From the Stadium thread on the Canada forum, the new Winnipeg Stadium (Investors Group Field), which will be the new home of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers football team of the CFL and the University of Manitoba Bisons of the CIS. It will also be one of the hosts of the 2015 Women's World Cup. Its capacity will be approx. 35,000 (expandable up to 40,000):

New chairs to be installed at Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton. Originally built for the 1978 Commonwealth Games. Home of the CFL team, the Edmonton Eskimos. Lower bowl is mostly complete, upper sections to be complete this summer.
