This is a nice little building. It's really going to fill in that area.

How many more stories? Having trouble picking up where the addition began? This is visible from the Girard Point and Platt Bridges.

You can see the red brick sample panels on the last photos you took.

Just curious why you dont go with all glass- dark tint being that ST James Tower is right across the street.

At least those brick panels are a bit more original and modern than the typical faux brick panels installed on buildings throughout the city e.g. Symphony House

That's it. All the vertical steel is in place. All twelve stories are up and there is a partial mechanical floor that's a about a story and a half higher on the right side of the building. If you look at it from Market Street you can see where the occupiable stories end and there are some taller beams sticking out -- those are for the mechanical floor.

I saw the cladding today. I myself would have rather seen the faux brick but the jury is still out on that. I want to see the color of the glass and how the glass curtain on the front looks. It might all come together.

Also, does anyone have any definitive word on whether the 7-11 is going to move. I asked those folks numerous times and a) got screamed at by the first people who owned it and 2) conflicting stories by the people who own it now. So I don't know and I gave up on asking.

Nice pic. This is a nice addition to the area. Gives the St. James some company from this angle.

It is. I didn't think the glaziers were on site yet. The project is moving pretty fast.

I am fine with filling in that section of center city with some 250-350 foot buildings. I would love to look at center city from the north or south and just see a wall of high rise buildings from river to river..

Are there plans to cover that hideous parking garage it sits on? I hope so.
