Looks like Ice could shape up to be one of the fastest built developments of the boom. On the other hand, a parking lot would be preferable to the turd called Infinity 3.

June sales of NEW Condos were down 20%, put the previous 5 months of New Condo sales had us on pace for another record year. June, might be just a breather. Let's take a look at what happens in July to make a true assessment.

Have they reached the setback in the tower that's further along? Kind of looks like it based on the formwork going up.

I was thinking the same...with all of the old trainyard lots filled in with skyscrapers, it certainly doesn't look so desolate south of Front Street anymore...
