Well, as long as they don't actually
call it the Eco-District.
It's ironic that the 1960s and 70s saw massive spending in the area to thread expressways, ramps, Metro lines, plazas, and buildings around each other in a highly complex pattern, and now 30 years later they're gonna rip it all out and start fresh. I'm aware of how horrid the area is for pedestrians, but turning the whole area into a blank slate is probably the worst environmental move that DC can make.
