Awesome to see progress like this instead of an excavation! When this one hits street level, I'm sure it's going to be one of the closest followed projects in town...

I guess this should be changed from "proposed" to "under construction".

I've been visiting this site every few weeks, they are finishing up the last underground level right now -- next week or 2 they will start building first floor above ground .... WOOhooo!

I can't wait for this building to be completed. It's going to look absolutely spectacular on the Ottawa skyline!

Wow, it looks like this one might be closing in on being at grade by the end of July, and going skywards before the fall...

Alright, this is great, and I'm really anxious now to see this one go up. It's going to be the best looking residential building downtown, other than Hudson Park. I'm hoping it's execution is as good as the Continental on Richmond was done. If so, it will make it's mark on the skyline really well.

Only problem with this building, is the south facing units on the first 10-12 floors will have a crummy view of the exteded stay hotels balconies on the other side of the property line...

I am however, extremely happy to see that they already have the forms in place for part of the 2nd floor...this one might be on it's way to 3/4 of it's height, or possibly close topout by christmas time...
