Looks like excavation has begun at Chaz on Charles. It should come in at #24 on this list, booting RBC Waterpark Place off and into the sad, unranked realm of "Construction sites in your city/town".

I like the cladding so far. It's elegant but has a real solidity to it.

I also like Star Tower(s) too. It's really grown on me.

AFAIK, Chaz has approval for 30 storeys and 127 metres. The increase wasn't well received either.

The city's building application status search program is down right now to confirm.

"The City Planning Division recommends that:

1. The s37 funds added appear to be a free auto share for everyone in the building for one year, and to give a .95m strip of land back to the city to increase the width of the laneway between Chaz and Casa.
