Just north of the Park & Jet parking lot there is a crane base. Anyone know what it's for?

From what I can see from my office in Arriva, the crane at Alura is going up today and is about the height of Stampede Station right now.

Just the tower from my vantage point, can't see any mobile cranes either, the rain probably shut them down
