Here's the blurb on the project, which will have 600+ hotel rooms and be ~300,000 square feet. Preliminary rendering, as well.

It's not pretty.

That isn't the rendering. They bought the approved site plans from Glenwood, so I assume they will use Glenwood's development plan.

I think that pic is just some weird beach hotel somewhere else in their portfolio, but maybe they posted the "Times Square" label.
