This is courtesy of ironmike's Instagram. The green light seems to be coming from what is the base of the uppermost ring. He had photos showing blue and red as well. If the entire spire is lit up like this, the light shows will be SPECTACULAR.

There are flashes coming from the beacon piece, FAA lights. If those are functioning hopefully the spire and beacon will be lit tonight

This footage is incredible. A very symbolic day for America. I'm proud of this country's resilience in time. 9-11-2001 to 5-10-2013.

Perhaps painting it white would be a good idea.

I've been bashing the spire design change but now that the tower is topped out and we can see the final result, I'm sure i'll be in the minority here but I actually think it looks pretty good! Now I'm sure it would've looked better if they kept the original design, but overall, this is a very nice looking tower!

The spire actually doesn't look that bad. I was worried the Beacon would look to wide but It fits nicely. IT"S FINALLY TOPPED OUT!!!!!

Yeah, happy mediocrity. The mast is looking rough. It looks weird with it's soviet union design and then this random shiny rocket on the top.
