Not too long ago, this property was proposed to have an O2xygen built on it having 10 stories and 289 units.

(see bottom of page 3, 3 lines up)
Per city property records, this set of properties where O2xygen was to be built recently changed hands a couple of months ago, and now current plans are for the 18 story Eviva, but only 274 units.
If Eviva does get built, which could well be likely since the property was recently acquired by the developer (as of 6/19/2014 for $2,216,512 by CPX GT LAND LLC/ RESIDENCES ON CHEROKEE LLC, which I'm assuming is some from of the Integral Group of Atlanta, the developer) this will probably be one of few properties in Denver where a property for development has gained some stories, rather than have stories reduced.
Hopefully...... .this will get built as planned here....... it's a good building for the area, but more importantly will get rid of a nasty surface parking lot.....
