Is it just me, or does it look like the lettering should be higher up on the tower, i.e., in the area of the crown? It's shown higher up in the renderings, and its current location actually blocks some of the windows. Not to mention that its current location just doesn't look right, in my opinion.

Yeah it would make more sense IMO to go higher up and further to the right so as to be under the "swoop"

YES! And at night the crown is totally dark. It needs a lighting scheme.

Let's hope that location is only temporary, until they complete some sort of crown lighting scheme. I can't imagine that ANYONE responsible for its current location would have thought that it looks better than higher up. Not to mention that it must look horrible to the folks in the offices or labs with windows that are blocked by it.

Up close, it looks like there's vertical light tubes on the top section. Anyone know if that's what they are and it will be lit up, or is what we have now how it's gonna be?

The past couple nights, there have been a couple vertical lights lit up on the crown.

I think the sign is most likely in its final place... it would be a tremendous waste to mount and wire it just to plan to move it later.

Yeah, unfortunately I think you're right. Pretty sure I recently saw a rendering somewhere that shows it in that location, unlike the original renderings. Wouldn't have been my call.

I notice that this building has been listed as "built" on the diagrams page.

I don't see a window washing crane being installed on this one like I do for the other newly constructed highrises.

I can see this building from my house and have yet to notice any crown lighting? The lines and angles at the crown seem perfect for an elegant design pattern - would love to see it happen.
