You're right. I have a new work laptop, and I haven't adjusted the default sort order of the downloads to be timestamp descending. I grabbed the wrong file when uploading to imgur. It's fixed now and it's here below too since we jumped pages:

How tall is the first floor? I would've imagined this would have a grander lobby but it doesn't look that tall. Is this going to have any event space in it or just the rooms?

You're probably right. I imagine the elevators will be in the core, in the real bulk of the building rather than off to the sides.

Good point. I wish we had a few detailed renderings of the interior we could pour over. Overall, renderings have been pretty sparse and I do not recall seeing any of the interior.

Agreed 100%. The ground level shots provide a great first person, street level experience, and describe how the building meets the street. The aerial shots provide fantastic, up to date details on the project site as a whole. And at some point the aerial shots will show high floor details, as the building rises. I can't wait for those.

While not physically close, the lighting pattern on this is giving off some FMC vibes. Vertical rather than horizontal. They compliment each other well.

When comparing to FMC, don't forget the bright red logo at the top as well.

I like the grass pads in the tree cutouts. I hope the real ones have that. Really do like the design of this building. It will truly be a great addition to the city and revolutionary for its location. Interior rendering ok.

Is this to be built with a concrete core rising first followed by steel frame, or since it's a hotel will it be all concrete rising more/less uniformly?

They are installing stairs for the workers on south side of building today.

Concrete floors take a long time- 52 floors is a long way off. Since this is tallest concrete tower in Philly I'm assuming it's also probably going to have one of the longest construction periods of any major hi rise in the city's history.
