I've noticed a high rise around the uptown area while I'm driving up 45 past downtown early in the morning. it looks to be around 20-25 floors and at night it has deep blue led horizontal stripes on What looks like the left side of the building and its staggered left and right as it goes up every floor. Then the roof line has white led all the way around the roofline.
Anyone know which building that is? Almost reminds me of what the Cosmopolitan in Vegas looks like at night.

Dallas' Old Parkland campus is getting another building
Quote:
Dallas' award-winning Old Parkland redevelopment on Maple Avenue is growing with plans for another building.
Quote:
The 96,000-square-foot office development will be located between Maple and the Dallas North Tollway, just south of Knight Street, according to plans filed with the city.
The planned office project will be six floors on top of a parking garage.
Quote:
"We are planning to begin excavation next month and we should be ready for the first tenants in the first quarter of 2019," said Crow Holding's Cathy Golden. "We are 100 percent occupied - a good place to be when you are starting a new building."
Quote:
Dallas architect Beck Group designed the project.

Looks like the residential tower could easily be a 30 story 400 foot building

Height is vastly overrated.

Walkability, historic preservation and architectural interest are far more important to Dallas.

This project has all three.

Based on that new rendering, I'm counting about 17 floors on the smaller building and 25-30 on the taller residential one as well. But yeah, even if its considerably less I like the quality of this project. Really well designed.
