My apartment in the Essex Fox Plaza has a glass wall, floor to ceiling, and I am lucky to have a patio door that opens on a sunny hot day. NEMA has tiny windows that open at the bottom of the room which does not allow for hot air to exit the rooms. And these windows to not open all the way! Incomprehensible to.
