I believe along with raising (street), the pumps should greatly help. But not being free from flooding. Things will still flood. IDK about each individual building though. Although I would like building atop of existing buildings. Creating a setback of sorts to aid in the flooding or rising sea levels (when it gets bad).

But the real challenge of sea rise will literally be the whole coast line of the U.S. (East for the most part). U.S. West coast generally is a better position topography wise.

Those blank walls on the top couple of floors of Jade Signature are a bit of a disappointment, but otherwise, that tower looks amazing. Doesn't hurt that we have a great photographer grabbing rendering-quality photos...

^ NBC News just reported that there are 25 construction cranes attached to highrises in the city that won't be dismantled.
Developers will leave the tops of the cranes unlocked so that they can spin in the wind !

In fairness they wouldn't have had enough time to dismantle those cranes anyways.

I'm wondering how the projects over in Sunny Isles will be affected. Anything on the barrier islands will receive extensive damage.

But also with Brickell, as height increases, so does the wind velocity. I wonder if its enough to blow some of the windows off the Panorama tower or the Echo tower.
