Yeah, compared to what was there before, that is a disappointment.

The Watergate isn't in downtown D.C. based on any boundaries I can find online.

^ whoa! they should turn the evil sonic blasts they are using on the american embassy employees onto that building instead, maybe it will fall down?

****

for manhattan i will throw up (!) the hideous block busting concrete bunker that is fit college in chelsea -- they make fashion in the most unfashionable structure go figure!:

we had a much more hideous abandoned armory eyesore on w14st that was thankfully finally torn down in the late 1990s. it was so ugly that i cannot even find a photo of it, only of the previous armory there from the 1800s that was actually quite handsome.

This POS is getting built only a few blocks away from where I live in Oakland in Pittsburgh. It has to be the ugliest largest piece of shit I've seen go up as of late. Look at the freaking cladding, its brand new and is already dented looking. I hope it blows up.

I spotted this thing in Tokyo (close to Shibuya) a couple of years ago:

hearstapps

believe it or not, it is not one of the transformers.

Transformers...more than meets the eye! Transformers...hideous buildings in disguise!
