I hope this one looks like the rendering. The geometric pattern will be interesting to see.

Dang I need to go on a drive through west campus again. It's only been two years since I've lived there but it looks like a lot has changed in that short time!

Just based on looks I think this one and the one next door (Pointe on Rio) are a couple of the better looking new projects in WC.

Is this one finished? By the way, that looks great.

This building makes me think -- I wonder when condos downtown are going to stop having a balcony for every single unit? Right now, the only building I can think of downtown that doesn't provide a balcony is the Avenue, which isn't built yet. but in a lot of other cities, you see plenty of apartments/condos without them, and you see it regularly in west campus.

I changed the status to "Complete" because it appears they have their staff in place and working based on their social media. Also, they are booked up for the Fall semester already. It's no wonder so many West Campus projects are going up so fast, they all seem to fill up as fast as they can be built.

When I asked the management, the changed name because Aspen heights properties sold it to Priess for $100M, if I recall correctly. This was back in September/October of 2018
