Epic lobby. Once this one finally finishes, it'll be a game changer for the area.

Looks a little intimidating to me. maybe less so from the inside.
As I walk by that building on a regular basis, I have to think, based on my observations, that it would still have been many more months to completion, regardless of the leak.

I can't believe they still have the man lift. That means they months away from getting done and probably one more delay in the schedule.

That vantage point has officially become Surrey’s first urban like view.

I'm pretty sure the lowest hotel floor (Pool deck level) is still being used as a construction office as well. From what can be seen through the window at least. So should we say an August completion?

Dominion Bar on their website(Hotel rooftop restaurant) has a show planned for March 10th at 10 PM. Prado Café (Hotel lobby) still shows opening in February. Civic Hotel rooms available as of March 28th. Residences, latest amendment is completion between June to August.

Did you take that picture from P.A. Shift? I was enjoying it from our unit there last week too.

I believe that was intended to come down by now, but because of the building elevator damage they are keeping it up to continue to allow access.

Not going to lie, at this point I'm expecting it to be done in 2019.

To be honest I think it will be ready before August. So around May. Have a feeling they just said August to cover their asses considering the circumstances thus far.

They will need 90 days after the external lift is removed before completion of the residential and commercial units. That makes the June 1st dead line seem feasible. However, three months together over 300 move ins done is ambitious. Thats close to 4 moves a day....I wish it were over four months... Starting in May.

You may be right. Our last amendment for P.A. east said our completion would be Dec- Feb, but we moved in late Dec., 6 months late, but nothing compared to 3 C.P.
