Formerly known as Context King West (all residential) - this development is now commercial + residential. There is talk the Northern portion of the building will be residential, while the Southern commercial/office/etc.

Yea, it's getting dense. The nearby 11 floor hotel off Camden street will be a good contributor to the area...and to the south the Well will be an imposing set of towers from this area.

Maybe this is what all our arterial roads will look like when they're done intensifying. Queen, College, St. Clair, Eglinton, Lawrence, Sheppard, Parliament, Sherbourne, Church, Spadina, Bathurst, Dufferin, Lansdowne, etc.
