South and North are nice.

I definitely see the attraction in having NS views.

West is brutal - late evening sun in the summer heats up units beyond any comfort.

If you have A/C, I agree. Otherwise, south-facing Vancouver condos are pressure cookers in the sun, in any season.

Can anyone confirm the number of levels of parking in phase 1?

The brochure shows 6 levels of parking (P5 at 113' and P6 at 103' allocated for residential) whereas the plans on the leasing website shows only one floor for res. parking (P5 at 103').

Thanks

Exactly... I have a friend who lives in one of the infinity towers at king george station, facing south. Hot as hell in the summer. Ridiculously cold in the winter. And don't get me started on their windows-of-death.

This plan that was on the website previously (Jan 2017) shows strata parking on the 113' level. Don't know if that would have changed (presumably not).

Leasing "brochure" still shows this.
The above 113' level looks more like the P6 (103') level on the diagram below (angled wall upper right, no U-shaped ramp).

Hmmm...for sure there needs to be two floors of strata parking to accommodate all of the units, which would mean only three floors of mall parking, which I feel would create quite the traffic jam down there...

I'm facing south-east on the ground floor of an older lowrise (so windows set into exterior walls). Winter can get a little chilly due to unheated parking below my unit - in summer there are only a few weeks where I need more than a fan to be comfortable indoors. Sitting on my generously sized patio in the shade with a cool drink helps with that.

*older as in built in the mid 90's

Eventually there will be more mall parking under the other phases once completed.

Thinka Store in TAB

A store called Thinka appears to be opening soon in the mall.

Brand signage are on the boards covering the store beside the children's clothing store.

The goods on the website look a bit like dollar store/home goods items on the kawaii side.

Brentwood is going to look exactly like Metrotown in the 1990's, with its own pair of dominating twin black towers.

Thanks for posting that. I love seeing bird's eye views of this site. I know the site pretty well from walking around it at ground level but it's fascinating to see it from above. You can see so much more.
