NOTE: this early blueprint we can see the building height up to 92 meters, however this wasn't the final distribution.
It ended up having 2 extra office floors (those of 4 meters in the blue print) and -1 hotel floor (the 3.2 meter ones).
The courtain wall goes up to 4.9 meters above the roof so the final result is: 96.8 meters.
