Great updates!

While I'm a little bummed the faceted facade of the commercial tower isn't as strongly expressed, I think the improvements to the residential component are fantastic. Very modera-esque which is great!

I also like the preliminary views of the 14th street tower. Great infill IMO.

Not a bad update at all...the residential tower definitely looks better. I do somewhat miss the angles of the office tower, but I still think it looks fine.

The Midtown DRC tonight saw designs for Granite Properties and StreetLights Residential’s Midtown Union (first two images) and Toll Brothers’ 250 14th Street (last image). Tomorrow we’ll have details on the DRC’s recommendations for the projects.

Both of these updates

Look great. I love the look of the Midtown Union residential tower. And the 14th street Toll Brothers project looks slick. Great scale of infill for that location.

Build them now!

I miss the angles...looks too much like everything else we have. Thumbs up for the other two.

Really like the Midtown Union update. Wonder if there will be Invesco signage since they’re taking half the towe?

The angles were interesting, somewhat derivative-- and the proportions were always odd. the new design is much slicker and predictably more developed (it better be since the building is under construction)--

No doubt that Invesco will have their signage on that high parapet. They probably drove a little bit fo the redesign as well.

They changed the very element that made it most interesting. Shocker. BUT, had it been released with this design to begin with, I would have still been a fan.

I agree about the angles but like the addition of all the ATL UTD banners.

I like how the 14th street residential proposal has a bit of a terrace/cascade effect facing the park. The plans also state that masonry will be used.

The 14th Street project has a very UES look to it... both in materials and design. The parking podium is still very Atlanta of course haha. I like it though.

Midtown Union has improved the residential portion, but lost some character on the office tower. It now looks a lot more like plenty of others we have. Still nice, but not what I was hoping for. Also not sure but the hotel portion doesn't seem to show in the renderings and is the landscaping of Arts Center Way a little less dynamic now too?

I'm trying to figure out exactly where the 14th Street proposal is going. Is it planned for the former Dowling site or...?

I recall that there was a Midtown proposal with really nice water features. Is the first project shown that one?
