In my opinion, the crown on this building will be better than Brookfield's.

It could be close, but I think Brookfield may get the edge. This tower is much nicer looking though, and the materials so far seem top notch.

I love the tower, but the height brings tears to my eyes. This would be so amazing at 60 floors.
