Great photos.

harbinger320. I agree with you 100% man.
Exactly KCgridlock. They are his photos, and he can do whatever he wants with them when he puts them on his computer. I personally think that the color transitions are cool looking. Just because they don't look like they should in Reality is up to him, not his viewers.

I always enjoy your threads. As a photog myself, I really appreciate your technical skill and eye for composition. Wonderful.

Thanks for the compliments everyone.

fflint, I think about 75% of people like my technique, while the remainder just pine for regular, more boring photos - which I have a hard time understanding. And also, there are several photos in this thread that I did nothing with in the post processing, and several more where the edits were very minimal.

Holy smokes. Those clouds look like they came out of a good dream. Awesome work Tosspot.

Did I see a bicycle with an engine? Kickass!

I thought Kansas was named after the native indian tribes? Most of the midwestern states in that area, Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Nebraska were named after indian tribes. Some other places, such as cities have Native American names - Omaha and Wichita to name a couple.

It is just east of the Nelson-Atkins/ the Plaza, directly north of Brush Creek & UMKC. I may be mistaken, but if I remember correctly, the land was originally bought and cleared by UMKC for a planned expansion, which never materialized, so it was sold to the Kauffmans.
