and i think its ridiculous. such a major route from the US. such an old crossing that would fail in even a small earthquake. limits on dangerous goods. being woefully undersized for the growth of the region.
and we get these loser politicians not giving a crap about what is right for the region, vs what is right for their votes. that is the one issue with democracy; no long term thinking.
i dont know what the changed happened, but politicians didn't used to be this ridiculous.
