Based on his expression there, not so much.

This building really adds to the skyline and lantern reminds me of the lantern on the Empire State Building when you consider how it plays on the skyline; the way its lit; the proportions of its height versus width; if they ever put an antenna on it one day it would probably reflect it more.

I suspect that we'll see more backdrops of the Philadelphia skyline on various news outlets now that the building is approaching completion. Here is also hope for another building like this or taller. If the city markets itself right while maintainer a lower cost of living than New York or DC; this can be achieved.

See Yards, Schuylkill.

Maybe, as he does like to remind the listeners that he's a Philly kid. But this is Chris Matthews; if he wants a thrill I'm sure nothing works for him like a long session with a mirror. Trump vs Matthews, a ego driven death match. May they both lose.

There's nothing in our skyline that's doing the same so it must be nice to be the king of the sky at the moment.
I have seen the flashing white light on Germantown Pike in Plymouth Meeting. You can see the top of both Comcast towers from there just as you are going eastbound just past the light at Walton Road. It was pretty bright.

Looks like the blue tape is off every face except for the South face, hopefully they'll take it off once the crane is gone (unless they're already taking it off)
