I'd say it has been there at least a year. I forget when exactly L'Hermitage was completed but I'm sure it has been functional since its opening.

I don't think so. I just rode by it the other day on the SkyTrain and things still looked unfinished.

They are still a bit off, they haven't made much progress in the last little bit. I imagine it'll be ready for occupancy well before the end of Summer though.

tower 1 is now occupied.

tower 2 and the mid rise I imagine will complete Sept 1

It looks like people are moving into one of these towers now, and it's already gone ghetto with all the bikes and satellite dishes on the balconies.

They allow satellites, eh? I do believe it's in my buildings strata agreement that we won't junk up the place with those things on the exterior.

Which is almost a shame because I don't like Shaw Digital Cable

The dishes will get banned soon enough, the tower has provision for satellite tv built in, so those dishes are all grey/black picking up US satellites.

^Ha, no. I've never had Sattelite tv in my life nor do I live in a condo. I'm just not a fan of fascist strata regimes.
