I feel bad for tourists who take the seabus to North Vancouver, walk up to 3rd, then go back to downtown disappointed. My area isn't really a tourist spot - it was heavily industrial only a few decades ago and is really just a dense suburb.
Everyone goes to the Quay since that's where the seabus goes, but from there you're better served going up Grouse Mountain or the suspension bridge than hanging around in the city. Unless all you want is a meal.
