With Skyrise, its questionable if its considered a supertall status. It does have multi-purpose uses such as a restaurant, nightclub, some office space, and conference room, and an observation deck. It is over 300m and/or greater than 984 Feet. If enough people don't want it on the list, I'll remove it. But I could also add the CN Tower as a trade off. I'll think about it, but for Miami, I think its closer to a functioning tower and thus a supertall.
But I'd be interested in hearing more feedback regarding Skyrise.
