Incredible. Some of those lots are wide enough to fit three houses. I have to think at some point, maybe when those houses age another 10-15 years and get really dumpy, they'll get bought up by developers and split into multiple lots.
Exactly. This house(420 Wharton) sits on a 46.5x81 ft lot. Easily can fit three 15 foot wide houses here with options for parking or huge yards. Those would then sell for 650K+ using the Southwark on Reed project next door as a comp.
So I’m currently on a bus heading to Manayunk and we passed by this site. I can’t take pictures since I’m on the bus (it’s also pretty dark out), but there’s new RAL signage up, and there’s a huge pile of dirt on the northern end. I’m not sure if there’s any activity going on, but the site definitely looks different compared to the last time I was over that way!

I pass it every day. They've been doing site work for about a week or so. I don't think they have started excavation in earnest yet, but they are likely close.

I drove pass there today, construction is in full swing. There are multiple pieces of heavy equipment and many hardhats. All systems go!

hard to see how the page one render lines up with the one page 3, or with the image on the on-site construction sign, which is also super VE'd looking relative to the watercolor originals. Anyone know what this thing is actually going to look like? I worry that particularly next to the Divine Lorraine, this is going to look incredibly cheap.

Isn't the north arrow on page two pointing in the wrong direction? Shouldn't it be pointing to the left?

Can you imagine how some of this architecture is going to look in 20-30 years? Ickkk.
Ehhh they can always re-skin it down the road. I live around the corner from The Lincoln and while it doesn't look great the retail is very convenient and has resulted in a huge increase in local foot traffic.
