The $22m price tag cannot be accurate.

^^^This project is so messed up. Wasn't it this project where someone screwed up the FAA filing height?

When do we get to see the value-engineered renderings?

Also, roughly 41 months to build a 500' tower with no below-grade parking? Seems a bit long...

That was Block 16 which won't happen.

I passed by the site on Trinity this morning. There is no fencing up but there is a promotional banner on the gate to the parking area. Also, the excavator is still parked back there.

The TDRL filing was updated to show a cost of $220m. That makes sense now.

Ha. And he somehow got national media coverage on his "supertall" proposal.

What's next? Maybe an article placed in Outdoor magazine about he and his wife's exploits to Colorado?!?

The youngster seems like he might be a little too narcissistic. Geez, even Tom Stacy wasn't going to name his tower after himself. It must have really hurt to have to chop-off half of his tower.

Between the portholes and the curved glass the avenue lofts was a neat little building. But its onwards and upwards. Bring on the dirty sixth skyscraper canyon!

I hope they don't cut down those palms. At least move them if they don't want them.

On the one view the palm trees are still there. Maybe/Hopefully they will be integrated into the new project.
