Look again, the "15th" is actually the 12th. Three floors are missing.

Yup, 4, 13 and 14 are all missing. So 15th floor is actually 12th.

The interior plans aren't nearly as clean as the exterior form suggests. The worst one is this unit:

They could have shortened the kitchen counter to allow access to the 2 bedrooms from where the fridge currently is, instead of having that huge useless corridor with the excessive storage space.

All the new condos around Coquitlam centre are missing 4, 13, 14, 24.

I looked at a "5th floor" condo at MOne and it was actually the 2nd floor (first two floors were lobby/podium, "3rd floor" was the 1st floor.

James in SEFC is also missing 4, 13 and 14. I can't wait until we see a 4 storey C2 project where the elevator says P2, P1, 1, 2, 3, 5.

Waterworks on the Concord Lands has those missing too - and it was built over 10 years ago.

That floorplan above isn't that bad - there is wasted space in the corridor, but at least it has the storage closets and its not just a "gallery" like in some Concord layouts. I know a lot of people who would kill for that much storage. Maybe it's aimed at the Chinese overseas shopper...

The only big flaw I see with that floor plan is the third bathroom by the entrance. If its to be a guest bathroom there's no need for a shower, but if it's a bathroom for one of the bedrooms it doesn't make sense to place it all the way there by the entrance. If switch it with the closet/storage room.

All normal to have missing 4s and 13 from newer developments. Especially if they are trying to market to asians. Concord Pacific is famous for have missing certain floor numbers as well.

Too much wasted space. The only thing that has going for it is the HUGE BALCONY. Big plus!

I hear you, but after looking at hundreds of floorplans over the past several years, I can tell you that one can never have enough closet space, and this suite is loaded with closet space. Me and the S.O. would just about survive with the amount of closets in this unit.

East Richmond could swell four times

The east Richmond community of Hamilton could grow by up to four times, depending on what locals want to see happen.

Home to almost 5,000 people, Hamilton has long considered itself to be the forgotten child in terms of the services it receives from the City of Richmond.

MetroTower 3

Taken by SFUVancouver, June 8th, 2012.

This is quite the sight. This tower will straddle the Millennium Line tunnel just east of Columbia Station.
