I believe by August 2018 it's supposed to top off, with the building opening by fall 2019. So yes, we'll see it at its 899 ft roof height by then, with just the completion of exterior and interior work over the following year.

Eh, even that one is debatable since many NIMBYs are wealthy residents who don't want large (or small) developments near their property. Trying not to go off topic

Sweet. New tallest for Jersey City, and New Jersey as a whole. I guess with all the development in NYC, Jersey City is a viable alternative that's not as costly.
