HOLY! I want to see the rest of the pics!
That interior space would make for a wicked lounge/bar. That's it...I'm emailing Homestead. to waste that potential is insane.

^^ forward the email to Bratina & Fred, too!
Hopefully we can use some of JonDalton's shots to send to them too.

The best stuff should be coming back today. I'm sure Bratina has seen it for himself and Homestead is probably sick of hearing about it. We need businesspeople. The location is shitty (parking lots, strip mall) and anything is a tough sell in Hamilton. Maybe contact the taphouse? As much as I make fun of that place, they know how to do business.

How was it done. I would love to get up there sometime. Maybe we should try and arrange a SSP Meet up there.

Just came across some recent photos of the observation deck in Landmark Place. It was renovated, and it is now the Sky Lounge for the building's residents. Pretty cool, thought I would share....

thanks for those. CLV has sunk a lot of money into Landmark Place since they bought it.. but damn, does it still need so much more.

recladding of at least the podium would do wonders. Check out the Manulife Centre in Toronto.

Landmark (though it will always be Century 21 to me) could use a drastic re-clad and re-imagining... it's still unclear what they're doing with that building.

I wonder how much it would cost to totally re clad that building and make it look modern.
