Saw a sign today as I drove past, "Homeowner Orientation". I guess some folks have started seeing their units.

So there has been many listings on MLS for units in this building. Any of the new homeowners here want to chime in on how everything turned out? Was it what you expected? Is there a lot of touch-ups needing to be done?

I rarely see rentals from this building, but now there is a 1,098 sqft penthouse trying to rent for $4,500. Yeah, right. First class pricing for a second-grade building.

The penthouse I mentioned above eventually lowered their price to $3,500/month and was rented (I have seen light in there). Still quite expensive when compared to this unit which is actually IMHO good value, should someone be looking for a place to stay!
