I don't see much of a tint on this one.
Could it be the windshield in the helicopter?

Not sure if there were any other stories about this but they had to deal with a higher than expected water ingress issue at the site.

Quote:
Core6 Environmental was retained by Bosa Development to provide hydrogeological (groundwater) expertise for the luxury high-rise residential development, Pier West, which will include two of the highest residential towers along the banks of the Fraser River in New Westminster. The development included the construction of a seawall intended to act in part, as a barrier for groundwater and surface water flow from the Fraser River. However, following the seawall’s completion it was determined to be leaking at a rate that was greater than expected and that exceeded the project design estimates for managing the incoming water.

It still blows my mind that there are towers this tall and prominent in New Westminster now!

The tallest tower has some white led lighting along the fins making it very prominent at night now.

Cool.
The glass turned out okay.
Would have been nicer if the fins were more prominent, but the lighting sounds promising.

I should clarify I meant the fins on the crown and not the sides of the building. You can see them in the 1st and 2nd shots Lexus posted.

I have heard from a friend-of-a-friend that the buildings are starting to experience water egress into the parkade...!

Do you need to cross that train track every time you want to get to the building? Edit: looks like it. Wouldn't the train be insanely noisy?! That's such a weird spot to build a tower.
