I like it. Love the color and the mix of glass and brick. It has that industrial look without actually being industrial in behavior. Good to see Boston back on SSP with some new projects. Keep it up with the updates.

Excellent pics. In about 3 to 5 more floors, I'll be able to see it from my roofdeck. The Bryant construction is currently blocking the view.

Thankfully, this is going up in the 'Hancock/Prudential' section of central Boston - an area that is more sparsely populated by skyscrapers than downtown but, oddly, has New England's (let alone Boston's) two tallest buildings. Since there are relatively few highrises compared to downtown proper, this building will - for the time being - make a notable change to the skyline of otherwise woebegone Boston.
