Welcome to SSP Dyna and thanks for the pictures!

Can I just ask to post resized images for the sake of readability, around 1000 pixels on the long side is a good maximum size.
Flickr has a built in resizing feature so you don't need to resize manually before uploading there, simply select the desired size from Share Photo > BBCode.

We are also strict about giving proper credit to images, when they are your pictures simply stating "my pictures" in the post is sufficient.

Thanks for the information. I have had pictures of this project for a while now since it started. I can share if anyone wants.
I’ll make sure to make the pictures smaller for next time.

You are welcome to send (all) your pass pictures to zepfancouver@gmail.com
I'll but something together (to feed my editing and gif making addictions ) with full credit to Dyna_rider.
With your approval, I would post it here and on YouTube and Imgur.

Those prices are honestly pretty appealing considering the going rate of housing these days. With some of the proposed zoning and temp immigration changes we're really not that far off from $1500 1 beds in Surrey

Am I missing something? They start at $1830 for studios .

They were pre-leasing at $1,275 for studios earlier this year but that was well below market price and short-lived. The Line purpose built rental building at KGH is asking $1,900 for a studio.

I noticed lights on and things on some balconies last night and wondered if it was really people living in there already.
