Is this building's facade in glass and concrete or only in glass?

as you can see they are working on the side blank contrete walls, sorta smoothing them out......

There is definitely new cladding on the eastern blank wall--hopefully they change the western wall to be the same??

That one side is a development site, though, for another tower.

In any case, the cladding will only be visible for a short time period.
