Look like North Central/ Uptown is getting an Alta, the community wanted 170 units, Wood Partners wanted 280 the compromise is 230.

Going back to the 2nd phase of the Willetta and the old house (and cats), I just walked by and there was a person holding blueprints and getting interviewed by someone with a photographer taking pictures of the old house.

I am not sure if this is just for an article on the development or if maybe there is some blowback to try to save the house or whatnot. Either way, expect news to come out on this soon.

Revolver Records Lot?

I noticed the "Land For Sale" sign at this lot has been removed for quite some time. Anyone know if the lot was actually sold? Just last month, I was also told by some friends that use the lot for First Fridays that they need to find a new spot soon...

I don't think I've seen this posted yet. Another 4 story condo planned for the Biltmore area on 24th and Campbell called the Contour on Campbell. The Biltmore area is really expanding it's footprint with all these low-rise developments (AC Hotel, Street Lights, Contour, etc.).

This building is ALREADY built!

I drive by daily after work & have followed the progress. Not a very attractive structure, but additional density is nice & these are CONDOS not apartments so there's always that too!

Where is it built? The corner where the sign is posted (SW corner of Campbell and 24th has a fenced off lot with an old building on it. Is there another phase going to be built or are they just using that lot as advertisement?

It's just west of the church. I have a rental in cantera fountains next door and I'm so glad construction isn't causing my tenant to call me complaining anymore.

Well, this is what you all get for not posting new developments on here!

My bad fellas. It was deceiving drive by. I just caught a glimpse of the lot and sign and did a quick Google search. I'll be a little more thorough next time. Since we're on it, does anyone know of any plans for that lot?

For some reason I am really digging this new trend of green accents. If anyone hasn't checked out AZ Center lately, that green look's really sharp. I wonder if this is similar to the green for Palmcourt Tower?

I was curious when I read your reply so I went for a walk and I'm really digging the green too! My guess is that it will be similar to Palmcourt Tower. I took some quick cell phone pics and will upload to AZ Center thread this evening

When I was walking around last night, that old Victorian style house next to the Willa we discussed a couple weeks ago has some construction equipment onsite. Looks like they are in the process of gutting the house and there is a dumpster in back of it now. So looks like prep-work for demolition is on it's way.

I hope they have a plan for the cats. There's like 20 + cats on that property. I seen a couple sitting inside the house on the window sill.
