Looks in those new renderings like there's still some of the features and contrasts that I missed from the original rendering. I'm SUPER excited for this building to rise. This next decade will really be transformative for the city of New York.

RW, I just went to the site, clicked the first image, then View Image while holding Apple key, then Apple and '+' sign and that zoomed in for me, I don't know how to do that for the forum though...

Thanks for posting the new renders too. This building is still sort of a mystery, as we haven't really gotten any real detailed renders. We got one of the base, but nothing really for the tower itself. It looks pretty decent though, solid building for Midtown.

Firefox has a plugin that lets you right click anduse the scroll wheel to zoom in on images. It's called Image Zoom. If you don't want to install the plugin, 'Ctrl' '+' will magnify the entire page, including the image.

Or you can see really hi-res files if you download the brochure on NAA's website.

it's funny how their renderings will be outdated within months of completion (or even beforehand) as 250 W 55th will block most of the building from the W perspective.

Awesome update courtesy of 600West218, originally posted on SSC. This and 250 W 55th are so close you can clearly see the other sites cranes in some of these.

This one has the hotel on the right and 250 West 55th on the left. They're only separated by a small building.

It's already outdated. There are some pretty major towers missing from that render (BOFA, NYTT, Silver Towers, 11 Times Square, etc.). That pic is about 5 years old.

Have they released a render of the third project 237 west 54th street?

With light coming off the roof like that it might just challenge the light coming off the spire from One World Trade Center.

^That light effect is probably just artistic license to highlight the project in that render.
