White Lodging Services Inc. has broken ground on an 11-story hotel at San Antonio Street and W. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, positioning itself to take advantage of demand from campus-related activities and from customers searching for a boutique experience.

With an opening date of winter 2019, this next tower will host two hotels: half will be dedicated to White Lodging’s first boutique hotel in Austin under Marriott’s Autograph Collection; the other half will be AC Hotel by Marriott.
