I've been slacking on updates. Let's blame it on the fact that I live 100 miles away.
There is a ~ $55 million downtown development underway that includes a mixed-use, 127-unit apartment complex, a parking deck, and some infrastructure upgrades. The 362-space parking deck is located at the
northeast corner of Lincolnway and Morgan Boulevard, with the apartments being located across the instersection on the northwest corner. Both structures broke ground last year. The garage is scheduled to wrap up at the end of the year, with The Linc shortly after. This will extend the density of downtown further east along Lincolnway, replacing a surface lot and a suburbany-style restaurant building called Round the Clock. More info
