The accent color is supposed to be solid orange. I think the gradient appearance is just reflection trickery.

The orange accent is up now. Ties in with the color scheme of CC1 quite smoothly snow.

Small amount of exterior finishing work still to be done. Most of the interior seems to be complete though.

Yep, that's it. I couldn't remember the name from earlier on this morning. According to their website they will be moving their HQ there this Summer and they will be occupying the top 4 floors. So it looks like move-ins will be done by the end of Summer I guess.
