The question mark was referring to "tenant / owner" not "solid".

I don't think it'll ever go underground. If anything they'd build a separate line and put that underground, but with LRT on the horizon, I wouldn't bank on that either.

They really need to update King George Station platform. I think it will be done once The Hub project is nearing completion.

It looks like the bottom floors are occupied or nearing occupation. I saw office furniture through the windows.
